While the Caya gel itself is not yet FDA approved, there are two contraceptive gels that have been tested as compatible with Caya.
- VCF Gel is the most commonly used water-based gel that is available over the counter at most retail pharmacies
- Phexxi is the other gel that has been tested as compatible with Caya. Phexxi does require a prescription, so please contact your provider if you are interested in this gel.
